Returns/Exchanges
Returns must be initiated within 21 days of delivery.
We do not accept exchanges due to inventory availability. If you need to exchange, we recommend you buy the new item, then initiate a return of the original item for a refund.
Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, smells of perfume, cigarette smoke etc., your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Any item purchased with a discount code of 30% or more will not be eligible for a return and is FINAL SALE.
All accessories, swimsuits, clearance and sale items are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return.
We will not accept shoe returns if there are stickers and/or return labels directly on the shoe box or if the box is damaged. They will be returned to you at your expense.
To initiate a return, please contact customer service at info@shopblushberry.com. The return shipping address will be emailed to you and items must be shipped back to that address.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.
Damages must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of the item. Please reach out to customer service at info@shopblushberry.com.
